Your champion is the character that you play!
Each champion has a special skill unique to them. They also have a numbered attribute that act as a modifier for the different action cards
Chose your champion wisely!
It is a major focal point for your strategy.
The advantage the champion has correlates to the background colour.
For example, the Royal Knight has an advantage with physical card types!
item Cards
There are four items and they help increase a champion's modifier points.
There is an item for each of the four action card types.
They are quite useful, but are stolen and discarded frequently.
If you do get an item card, it is in your best interest to hold onto it the best you can.
Also, be sure to include it in your strategy!
Artifact Cards
Artifacts are extra special.
They help immensely in battle and can't be stolen!
Be careful though, it puts a target on your back.
It can be given to a partner, or discarded.
There are only two artifacts, but they likely will be uncovered in a game. Let's just hope it's you!
Magical card types are blue.
They are like physical cards, but with a twist.
They offer some damage, but have strange side effects!
Defense cards are yellow.
They are your only way to avoid getting hit from magical and physical attacks!
They are very unique as you use them only when you are attacked. If you have more than one, you can use the same card type if you are attacked multiple times!
Keep these in your hand when you are done your turn or likely suffer some hit points.
action cards
Physical card types are red.
They provide physical attacks and healing actions.
They are raw and blunt in nature.
Great to knock down your opponents life points!
Trick card types are green.
They provide no damage to your opponent,
but help significantly in your mission!
Use these cards with much strategy.
A well timed trick card can turn the tables.
Although there are plenty of card types, the key to winning is you.
